Use the power of your breath to let go and move on

Uncategorized Jun 11, 2024

Thank you for all the kind words and messages about Zoe’s book and Oakley’s music. It’s always nice to hear from you!

Today, I want to let you know about the upcoming Letting Go and Moving On 9D Breathwork Journeys coming up later this month and then share with you my crazy experience from when I did the process.

I don’t know about you, but I’ve noticed that it can be challenging to let things go. You can be very clear in your mind that it’s time to release something and yet… there it is again!!! What the heck?

And that’s only the things you’re aware of. What about what’s going under the surface in your subconscious? There’s plenty to let go of in there but it’s not always clear what’s hiding and what’s ready to leave.

  • What if you could find a way to let your body decide what it’s ready to release? (because your body is always 100% clear, even when the mind is not)
  • What if it could be done in a couple of hours instead of a couple of decades? (because isn’t it lovely to save time?)
  • What’s on the other side of letting go of what’s no longer serving you? (what if it’s better than you could ever imagine?)

Obviously, we wouldn’t bring up these questions if there wasn’t a solution.

Next Steps

You’re invited to the June 9D Breathwork Journey: Letting Go and Moving On

Embark on this somatic breathwork journey; an experience meticulously designed to liberate you from the confines of the self-imposed prison of stagnation and stuckness.

Untangle the past and shed the burdens that have stalled your progress, paving the way for a future filled with promise and new beginnings. Essential themes of release, renewal, and progression weave through the journey, propelling a transformative shift in the narrative of your life.

Navigate this path to recondition neural pathways, cultivating a perspective that views letting go not as a loss but as the key to unlocking personal evolution.

This voyage is not just an exercise in breathwork but a guiding light toward your most unencumbered self. Engage with this practice, and set forth on a life marked by freedom and forward momentum.

Common Outcomes:

  • Renewal of Personal Narrative: Engage with new insights that reframe being 'stuck' as a precursor to change, setting the stage for growth and personal evolution.
  • Transformation of Attachment to the Past: Shift from holding on to letting go, infusing your mindset with fresh perspectives that encourage forward momentum.
  • Cultivation of Emotional Release: Harness the power of breath to dissolve lingering triggers, traumas and attachments, empowering you to embrace the present with openness and vitality.
  • Enhancement of Personal Progression: Employ advanced NLP and hypnotic induction frameworks to foster a proactive approach to life's crossroads, viewing change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
  • Expansion of Life's Horizons: Release the old, expand your limits, and step into a landscape of life that celebrates new possibilities and adventures.
  • Elevation of Self-Empowerment: Spark a deeper sense of autonomy and strength, fueling your journey with intentional actions and self-directed growth.

My Personal Experience

I must tell you that when I did this journey last month, something totally unexpected happened.

There I was, breathing away, totally immersed in the experience when I got the sense that my grandparents were with me.

Then I felt that my Granny was forgiving her parents for abandoning her (her mother died when my granny was 16 and then her father no longer wanted her).

Next, I felt my Grandma forgiving my Grandpa for what ultimately led to their divorce.

Although this sounds super crazy, I’m of the mindset that these things would never occur to me if they weren’t happening on an energetic level. I’m open to all the weirdness and so I believe 100% that something shifted.

And then - get this - I felt like my DNA was changing. Again, why would I even have that thought if there wasn’t some truth to it? And it wasn’t really even a thought. It was an experience in my whole body.

Our ancestors' experiences get passed down through our DNA for at least 7 generations and so if my grandparents were forgiving each other, it makes perfect sense to me that, of course, it would change things on that essential level.

Regardless, I felt absolutely amazing and transformed by the end of the journey.

My Sister’s Experience

I was raving about the journey to my sister and so, of course, she wanted to try it too.

When I asked her how she was feeling a few hours later, she said, “Amazing! I can’t remember the last time I felt like ‘myself’ in years. I feel fun again and light-hearted and optimistic.”

There is nothing like unlocking your power to transform your life using your breath.

It’s expedient, safe, long-lasting and heart-opening.

Care to join us and let go of what’s no longer serving you?

There are options for dates and times. Oh - and great news - I decided to keep the price the same as the introductory price last month so yay! All the other prices of everything in the world seem to be rising but this experience doesn’t have to so there it stays.

All the details are here

Please join us if you feel called. I would love to help you usher in a new version of yourself that feels expanded, renewed and deeply connected.

With inspiring love and uplifted courage,

Christina

>in the midst of planning some epic family adventures for July - exciting :)

PS - There are also live events happening in June in Calgary so if you’d like to do an in-person journey, click here for venues, dates and times

PPS - Do you have a partner, team, staff or group of loved ones you’d like to share 9D Breathwork with? Private group experiences are available, either live in Calgary and surrounding area or virtually. Email [email protected] if you’d like to explore that option.

You’ve probably been wondering: When is Christina going to be doing her Half Year Review?!?

Well, just like the amazing Ataulfo mangoes I had the other day, the time is ripe - it’s right around the corner and you’re invited!

If you feel like:

  • you’re always on the go
  • your life is very busy and stressful and overwhelm is a constant companion
  • there don’t seem to be enough hours in the day
  • you kind of have that ‘wind-blown look’
  • you have a tendency to be super hard on yourself

… then this call will help you get a handle on things.

One of the key teachings in Courageous Self-Care is to create a better relationship with time, and one way to do that is to look to the past with gratitude (rather than regret and doubt) and towards the future with anticipation and excitement (rather than fear and worry).

During this 90-ish minute workshop-style call, you’ll get practical experience in honouring what has already happened so far this year, and then we’ll set some intentions for the next quarter of 2024 so that you know what to do next.

You can expect to leave the call with:

  • Increased clarity (so you can make plans that align with your values and thus feel more fulfilled)
  • More energy (because we’ll be doing fun things like dancing and celebrating)
  • A sense of refreshment (because we’ll be taking a break from all the go-go-GO!)
  • The realization that you’ve had more success than you gave yourself credit for

You’ll also feel so organized and proud of yourself for taking action towards the life you really want to be living.

We’re going through Oakley’s album and this week's song is called Forgive You. This is a tender piece about what happens when the person of your affections moves away.

I had that happen when I was young and it was so painful. I was the one who moved away from the boy I adored and it felt so helpless and beyond my control.

As such, I can relate to this heartfelt song. The first time Oakley played it for me, we both burst into tears. Art is so cathartic.

I love the lyrics in this piece; how they change subtly as the song progresses and how the meaning shifts along with them. I think they’re so clever.
