Happy New Year!
I just love a fresh start, don’t you?
I have so many things I’m excited to share with you AND, I’m taking a little holiday with my family in the gorgeous mountains of Canmore.
I certainly want to practice what I preach, so in honour of that, this week’s message is brief.
Whether we’ve met in person or not, I want to let you know that I deeply appreciate you and I truly wish for you the very best year yet.
2023! May it be miraculous and filled with smiles, laugh-out-loud moments, profound connection, deepening self-love and all sorts of easeful growth and expansion (except of your waistline, I’m not wishing that for you or for me, unless that’s one of your wishes, in which case go for it!)
Oh - and I’m going to do a little experiment. Often I have resources or books or other things that have made a big difference in my life, so I’m going to include a recommendation section in the next few messages to see if I like it. The kickoff is below.
With sparkly love and a fresh batch of courage,
>Creator of Courageous Self-Care
>Keen on fresh starts
>Loving the brightness of the stars shining above the dark shadows of the mountains
PS - See the calendar below for upcoming January Courageous Self-Care events.
For the last 10 years, I’ve been involved in a program called Your Year of Miracles, first as a participant, and now as a Miracles Coach. It has absolutely been one of the most transformational programs I have ever experienced (and I’ve done a heck ton of programs). Every single practice or mindset that I currently use has come from Your Year of Miracles.
The biggest difference is that prior to being a part of the program, I incorporated a lot of practices into my day but I would often have angry conversations with the Universe because for all the effort I was putting in, I expected better results.
Once I implemented what I learned, the exact opposite began to happen. My practices are streamlined and the results are far beyond what I can even dream up.
My mentors (and now my friends) Marci Shimoff, Dr. Sue Morter, and Lisa Garr have an ebook that I want to share with you. It’s an introduction to living in the Miracle Zone (where I now hang out all the time). It’s called The 4 Biggest Mistakes That Keep You From Living a Miraculous Life. *This section will sometimes contain affiliate links and sometimes not. If you’re opposed to me compensating from sharing my very favourite things with you, then whatever you do, make sure you don’t click the links ;)
**I will never ever share something that I don’t 100% believe in. I often have people/organizations asking me to promote their stuff, but I don’t because if I wouldn’t use it myself, that just doesn’t feel right.
