White Space Session Drop In

Give Yourself Permission to Slow Down

Every month, the members of the Lifeboat Solution get access to a live session where we get aggressive about protecting our rest.

If you're not a Lifeboat Solution member, but would still like to give yourself a break with the added benefit of community, you can join us as a drop in.

It can be challenging to give ourselves the gift of slowing down. That's why we have built in accountability with the White Space Session. You commit to yourself and then you show up for the session.

Although it's great to rest on your own, there's something extra special and transformative about being in community, not to mention the power you feel from giving yourself permission to take a break.

What does White Space look like?  Are you napping on camera? No :)

We check in at the beginning of the zoom call, share what we'll be doing for rest and then go do it for 50 minutes. Then we come back and share what we experienced. Sounds fairly simple, but man! - is it powerful!

In this 1 hour session, participants experience things like:

  • enhanced well-being and peace
  • deep connection
  • relief from slowing down
  • a profound sense of self-love

What does White Space look like? You could: 

  • take a nap
  • go for a mindful walk in nature (sans technology)
  • read a book
  • meditate
  • garden
  • stare off into space
  • write in your journal

Essentially, it's anything that helps you slow down, take a break and nourish yourself from the inside out. Ideally, it's also a break from technology so you can really unwind.

Is it truly necessary to pay someone to show up to a call where you then go and rest? For some people... yes. If you have trouble slowing down, or you're always on the go, you feel perpetually tired and yet you never/rarely give yourself permission to relax, then this call will do you a world of good.

When you invest in your well-being, not only are you more accountable, you get more out of it, so go ahead and give it a try. You'll more than likely be amazed  and delighted by what happens.
