$147.00 CAD

There are no refunds, but here’s the deal. If you take the masterclass, do the work and document what you’ve done and you don’t feel like anything has shifted, Christina will give you two 30 minute private coaching calls (valued at $400) to see where you’re stuck and help you move through. See? That’s totally better than getting your money back, because we’re after transformation, not refunds.

Masterclass: What to do with Judgement, Jealousy & Comparison

You’ve been working on yourself for a while and you’ve made a lot of headway (three cheers for you!), but as you continue to evolve, some pesky things keep showing up. Namely jealousy, judgement and the annoying, self-defeating tendency of comparing yourself to others.

How can this be? You’re a good student of life. You focus on the positive as much as possible, you can find the silver lining in anything and, yet, these ugly beasts rear their multiple heads just when you think you’ve made it to the other side. How rude.

In this month’s Self-Care Masterclass, you’ll discover exactly what to do when jealousy makes its unannounced, uninvited appearance. You’ll also learn the surprising reason it’s there in the first place. And you’ll find out how to hapkido that scoundrel, meaning rather than fight against it, you’ll embrace it and use it to fuel your passion and belief in yourself.

If you’re thinking that just that much info would totally change your life, you’d be right. It’s a total game-changer, but we’re not going to stop there. This is the full meal deal, so if you’ll come with me, I’ll show you the next attraction right over here. *parts red velvet curtain

After we cover all the bases on jealousy and you get some super practical tools and strategies you can implement immediately, our next stop will be judgement. Oh judgement, you fickle, capricious scamp. What can we learn from you? A whole lot, it turns out.

You may have heard that you should eradicate judgement from your life, and only then will you be a good person. Personally, I don’t buy that. Everything in life has duality, or a light and a dark side. If you toss out judgement completely, how will you avoid being a lemming who jettisons yourself off the cliff just because everyone else is taking the plunge? We do need some element of judgement in our toolkit.

However, if you find yourself judging others and/or judging yourself and/or judging yourself for judging others, you’re going to uncover a simple practice that will give you the ability to become so much gentler with yourself and others without giving up your backbone. It’s so good. I would love to share it with you right now, but it’s really much easier to do it in the masterclass so you can ask questions and get a full handle on it. Plus, it’s nice to hang out and be in each other’s energy.

After your mind is blown by the judgement piece, we’ll go forth to tackle (but not so much tackle because violence isn’t necessary… it’s more of an embracing approach we’ll take) comparison. You may have heard that comparison is the death of joy. I’d agree with that. Here’s the problem, though, I’ve only ever heard people/teachers/mentors say something like, “Don’t compare yourself to others.” In fact, I just did a little search and it revealed a whole lot of don’ts but not a "do" in sight.

I don’t know about you, but if I just try to ‘not do something’ it’s next to impossible. Kind of like the instructions to ‘not think while you’re meditating’. If I’m not thinking, what am I supposed to be doing? That kind of guidance led to me doing a lot of planning with my eyes closed, which was the best I could come up with during meditation. I knew what I wasn’t supposed to do, but I didn’t know what to do instead.

Same thing with comparison. If not supposed to compare yourself to others, then what are you supposed to do? I’ve got an answer for you, and I’ve never heard anyone teach this before… ever, not in all my decade plus of intense personal and spiritual development.

When I discovered the practice, it made all the difference in the world. And now I know what to do every single time my mind wants to get all down and dirty with the old comparison habit. I don’t do that anymore because I know what to do instead. And you’re going to learn it too, when you join in all the masterclass fun.

You may be feeling something akin to YAY! YES! I WANT ALL THAT! (If not, then this masterclass is definitely not for you.) And, as it does, the question of $ pops up, to the tune of “Yes, I’d like to join in the fun, but how much?

I see what people are doing out there with sliding scales, and I decided to give it a go as well. Although I’ve only ever offered these monthly Self-Care Masterclasses for $147, let’s mix it up a little bit. That means you’ve got options. I don’t know if I’ll ever do it again, but for this month’s experiment, let’s go with 3 choices. Based on where you’re at right now, you can access the masterclass for $47, $97 or $147.

Whatever price point you choose, I know for certain that what you learn in this class will:

  • Give you much more inner peace

  • Give you practical tools and strategies you can implement immediately
