Pre-order items, on the other hand, are 100% refundable up and until the product delivery date, so feel free to go wild. If you'd like to cancel your monthly membership subscription, you may do so anytime by zipping over an email request to [email protected] and you will not be charged effective the following billing period; however, no refunds for past months will be given. (Note: requests for cancellation of monthly membership programs will be processed immediately, not on the next scheduled billing date.) Finally, if you would like to cancel your gym membership, you should probably contact them about that; unfortunately that's out of our jurisdiction.
